WHAT WE DO

Clear Communications has been established as a language agency since 2006. Although we supply interpreters to a variety of different clients, we specialise in providing face-to-face interpreters to various of the Greater London NHS authorities and Councils. It is our aim to help improve communication between health and social service professionals and their customers, who have little or no command of the English Language.

We have a proven track-record for supplying linguists at very short notice to a variety of differing venues within the London area inc: hospitals, clinics, surgeries, schools, prisons, probationary services, benefit offices, housing departments, courts and PACE & LAC interviews and so on.

HOW WE DO IT

Our interpreters will never display bias when working, they are instructed to observe impartially no matter the situation, never to accept bribes from either party, nor become emotionally involved.

All aspects of interpretation remain confidential, never to be divulged to a third party. Our interpreters are punctual and behave in a polite and professional manner.

On every occasion an interpreter accepts an assignment, a Completion Form (time sheet) is, without exception, required to be signed-off by an authorised person at the venue. These forms are then available to respective clients as proof of attendance.

Translation

Translating documents is a complex process and we are committed to meeting your deadlines and providing translations which are completed to a high standard. 
Our translators are experienced with many different types of documents, examples of which include legal and business documents, birth, marriage and death certificates, medical reports, police reports and much more.

Telephone / Video Interpreting

Our telephone / video interpreting services are simple and cost effective. They are particularly useful for relaying basic information regarding appointments as well as for discussing more urgent matters at short notice. Our interpreters are there to remove the language barrier and help provide an efficient service as part of a 3 way conference call.
